We had been planning on installing a PV solar panel, storage battery and EV car charger system for some time. Friends in Kenilworth had both had similar systems installed by KS Connexions recently which they were very happy with. We looked at a couple of the national options and also had a quote from our energy supplier but we really wanted to go with a local company with a good reputation.

I contacted Kevin at KS Connexions and we discussed our requirements and installation options. After a couple of really good detailed discussions and a site visit to review where the hardware would be best located we decided on a specification: 14 x 480w PV panels, a 13.5KWH battery and inverter and 7.3KW car charger.

The quote came back promptly and was good value and comparable to other quotes so we paid a small deposit to kick off the installation. The process was low key and at no time was there any pressure to sign the dotted line.

We understood that we would have to wait quite a few weeks for or our installation due to full order books but the installation began right on schedule and was fully installed and running within 2 weeks of our start date. The team were hard working, neat and tidy and kept us fully informed throughout.

The system has now been working correctly for three weeks and we are really pleased with it. We included a hot water diverter and since it has all been working our electricity consumption has reduced to zero whilst still running our household appliances, heating the water and charging our EV! The PV array has a maximum of 6.7Kw output but we have already seen 6.4Kw output even in late September. We were heating water with gas but we have now turned off the boiler until the weather gets colder. With the good weather we have been having our battery is fully charged at the end of the day and has enough charge to run everything until the PV array kicks in the following day. As we head into the winter months we know the amount of Energy we produce will be reduced but we will be using the battery to store low tariff electricity to use the following day.

Overall our experience has been very positive from start to finish. It was a pleasure working with Kevin, Stin, Matt and Aaron and the fitting team.

I have just had solar panels and battery fitted by Stin and his team. I have been really pleased with the whole experience especially the back up from Stin who has been extremely helpful and has been very good at explaining how the system works. His team who did the actual fitting were quick, efficient, friendly and polite. KS Connexxion’s were recommended to me by someone who had used them and I will certainly recommend them myself to anyone interested in having a solar system.

We had a fantastic experience with KS Connexions from start to finish! Stin was super knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process, guiding us through and helping us truly understand the complex world of solar & batteries. I truly think we have the best system to meet our needs thanks to Stin.

The installation team was equally brilliant, extremely professional and efficient. Even after the installation, Stin has been amazingly helpful with our follow-up messages on how to choose the best energy providers and checking on the system. I couldn't recommend this local Warwick based company highly enough! Will definitely be using the using again. Thank you Becky & Neal 😁

Having moved into a house with a previous solar system installation by the builder, I was recently contacted by a company on the phone and said I was due an inspection which I had done. They left me with loads of concerns and questions. Thankfully I spoke to my neighbour who connecected me to Stin at KS Connexions and although it was the weekend, Stin rung me up. After i'd explained the situation to him, he told me that I might have been subject to a scam that's doing the rounds now and to not worry. I was quoted crazy money and I'm happy to have spoken to Stin who was very open and honest about costs of various things. I know that when we decide to go EV charger or Battery systems I will be contacting Stin. Really appreciate your honesty for looking out for the common man. Thank you!

A really professional outfit with very knowledgeable presales and very high standard installation and post installation support. They installed an EV car charger for my business. I'd highly recommend you check this company out if you need solar and EV charging.

I thoroughly researched everything before carefully selecting three installers to quote for my solar PV, battery storage, and air source heat pump. I spent literally weeks comparing systems and manufacturers. Anyone who's looked into solar and battery storage will know it can be an absolute minefield.

I was looking for an 18kW in-roof solar PV system with battery storage, along with an air source heat pump for my heating and hot water.

Stin and Kev both attended the initial site visit, and from the moment I met them, everything felt effortless. By the end of that meeting, I knew they understood not only the technical brief but also all my concerns and considerations. They listened, answered every question honestly and gave me complete confidence in their recommendations.

KS Connexions coordinated everything with my roofer, and the in-roof installation couldn't have gone any smoother. It looks fantastic. I chose Tesla Powerwall's for battery storage, and the 'Time-Based Control feature' has been a game changer, working flawlessly.

They also carried out a full heat loss survey before recommending a Baxi air source heat pump, which gave me even more confidence that the system was being designed properly.

I genuinely couldn't be happier with the result. From someone who over-researches everything before making a decision, if you're considering solar, battery storage or an air source heat pump, you won't regret choosing K&S Connexions. Their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail have been outstanding throughout.

I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service from the initial quote right through to the installation. There was no hard sell, and everything was explained clearly, so I knew exactly what I was getting.

This was part of a much bigger home project, and we had a few delays caused by the builders and the weather. Kevin was excellent throughout, keeping in touch and working around the changing schedule. The installation ended up having to be done in stages, which wasn't down to KS Connexions, but nothing was ever too much trouble and they were happy to accommodate everything.

The installation team were brilliant – professional, friendly, and took real care with their work. Nothing felt rushed, and they left everything clean and tidy when they finished.

Once everything was installed and commissioned, they took the time to talk me through the system, explain the app, and make sure all the settings were optimised. Even a few days later, Kevin was still in touch to check everything was working as it should and to see if I had any questions.

I'm really happy with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend KS Connexions.
