Stin, Kevin, Matt and everyone I met, helpful, friendly, competant and  have a sense of humor ! A  pleasure to have at our home.  Helpful analyis priovided to help the spec / buying decsion.  Fair prices and also fair on the extras which is always a welcome.  Swift responce to calls and requests appreciated. I am very happy with our installation - I  just need to navigate Octopuses tarrifs to help achive the hoped for pay back . Fabulous experience with Kevin from KS Connexions. 14 panels and a tesla powerwall 3 installed and integrated with an existing EV charger. All for a really great price and without any delay. Flexible with installation location and workmanship was neat and all cabling tidy and really respectful of our property. Support has been great, with any queries sent by whatsapp delt with quickly. I thoroughly researched everything before carefully selecting three installers to quote for my solar PV, battery storage, and air source heat pump. I spent literally weeks comparing systems and manufacturers. Anyone who's looked into solar and battery storage will know it can be an absolute minefield. I was looking for an 18kW in-roof solar PV system with battery storage, along with an air source heat pump for my heating and hot water. Stin and Kev both attended the initial site visit, and from the moment I met them, everything felt effortless. By the end of that meeting, I knew they understood not only the technical brief but also all my concerns and considerations. They listened, answered every question honestly and gave me complete confidence in their recommendations. KS Connexions coordinated everything with my roofer, and the in-roof installation couldn't have gone any smoother. It looks fantastic. I chose Tesla Powerwall's for battery storage, and the 'Time-Based Control feature' has been a game changer, working flawlessly. They also carried out a full heat loss survey before recommending a Baxi air source heat pump, which gave me even more confidence that the system was being designed properly. I genuinely couldn't be happier with the result. From someone who over-researches everything before making a decision, if you're considering solar, battery storage or an air source heat pump, you won't regret choosing K&S Connexions. Fantastic service from the initial quote right through to the installation. There was no hard sell, and everything was explained clearly, so I knew exactly what I was getting. This was part of a much bigger home project, and we had a few delays caused by the builders and the weather. Kevin was excellent throughout, keeping in touch and working around the changing schedule. The installation ended up having to be done in stages, which wasn't down to KS Connexions, but nothing was ever too much trouble and they were happy to accommodate everything. The installation team were brilliant – professional, friendly, and took real care with their work. Nothing felt rushed, and they left everything clean and tidy when they finished. Once everything was installed and commissioned, they took the time to talk me through the system, explain the app, and make sure all the settings were optimised. Even a few days later, Kevin was still in touch to check everything was working as it should and to see if I had any questions. Stin and the team were amazing from start to finish and demonstrated a huge amount of integrity and pride in their work. He really listened to our needs and was able to suggest several systems and clearly set out the pros and cons of each. Prices were reasonable as well, and we felt that we were getting good value for money relative to other installers - particularly larger chains that were perhaps a little cheaper but subcontract their installation out. Installation was really good - even when there was a snag, Stin really took the time to come up with a solution that was appropriate and fair. The wider team were lovely and really professional too. Overall, I'm really glad that I chose Ksconnexions for our solar installation and would gladly recommend them to anyone else.
